4 week online course. Continuous enrollment (Once a student has registered access to the course is given). This course teaches key overseas sourcing strategies and implementation steps. Particpants will learn basic documentation, including contracts used in international procurement, along with legal, political, and organizational considerations. Students will look at cultural issues within the negotiation process and government regulations affecting the import/export process.
