"The Art of Negotiation" is the second of a two part program. Either part can be purchased separately, but a discount is obtained when purchasing together (To obtain the combined discount, you must click on the combined listing of the two programs, not separately). "The Art of Negotiation" includes speaking and listening communication skills, communication techniques, personality issues, and tactics and counter tactics. You will be sent instructions and passwords after registering for these programs by email. This self-running online course is attended via the Internet. It requires up to two or three continuous hours of attendance. Students are contacted by email with instructions on how to take the course within a day or two of registration. Students may attend the course at any time during the day. This makes the class more convenient for students. All materials are included in the price of the course and will be available online while attending class. This course is nonrefundable.
