If you are a buyer for business, what do you do when you have a major complaint about a product or service from a suppiier?

Send a written complaint to the supplier's service department.
Tell the sales rep. If not corrected. go to the GM or President.
Begin shopping for a better supplier.
Cancel all orders until supplier solves the problem.
Look at order history. Take one or more steps listed above.

Out of stock conditions are a result of slow delivery from suppliers. Let us know what products you are having problems in this regard and what you are doing about it.

I am experiencing delivery problems with all Building Automation products. We are looking at 6-8 weeks currently. This is true for Controls such as valves, sensors, actuators, as well.
