APS Interactive Negotiation Options

Date: 11/20/2025

Negotiation skills rank highest amongst purchasing pros’ demands. In addition to our online training courses, APS
provides three live interactive options to serve members’ requests.
1. Live onsite negotiation training seminars - Interactive one- or two-day events customized to workplace
challenges. Small team participant input and frequent exercises drive success.
We interview or visit training clients to ascertain how best to solve negotiation challenges, then incorporate that
input to create effective sessions.
2. Consulting with purchasing execs and staff to formulate purchasing policies such as Total Cost of
Ownership, Life Cycle Analysis, and others. Apply strategic sourcing practices of Supplier Certification and
Evaluation, creation of Purchasing Policies and Procedures Manual (PP&PM), and other services as
requested.
3. Assistance in live negotiations with suppliers, including advance mock negotiations, post event analysis, and
ongoing mentoring support.
Sitting second chair, we will advise and assist in live negotiations with suppliers and promote mutually
beneficial results.
Contact us at propurch@propuch.com or (630) 859-0250 to explore the options.
