When you have no price forecast or budget.
When you don't know of any capable suppliers.
When no purchase has been approved.
When there is no advantage in obtaining competitive bids.
Where any cost saving would be insignificant.
None are favorable.

The Society is Moving its Office Headquarters

The American Purchasing Society is moving to a new location in the North Island Center Building the week of November 12th through November 16th. We are moving from Suite 203 to Suite 406. The move is allowing us to upgrade our network system and our telephone system to better serve our members. Communication with the Society will be limited on Monday the 12th and Tuesday the 13th, but we hope to have everything up and running by Wednesday the 14th. We ask that members and customers please be patient with us on Monday and Tuesday while we make the actual move.
