When you have no price forecast or budget.
When you don't know of any capable suppliers.
When no purchase has been approved.
When there is no advantage in obtaining competitive bids.
Where any cost saving would be insignificant.
None are favorable.

Due to increased mailing costs, supplier problems, more strict mailing guidelines, and some members' preference, the Society is considering offering the semi-monthly publication Professional Purchasing online only as a PDF version that can be printed on an as needed basis.
